My Story
Johnathan H. Miller is a Richmond, Virginia–based media personality, interior designer, author, artist and business strategist. As a lifestyle contributor on NBC12, he shares practical, design-minded advice on making a home look better, work better and feel more like you. He has also appeared on CBS and HGTV.
His point of view is simple: presentation shapes perception, and perception drives results. That idea runs through everything he does, from styling a front porch for fall to helping design professionals price their work with confidence.
The Book
Johnathan is the author of Why Underpricing Kills Design: How to Command What You Are Worth (2026), a standards-driven business guide for creative professionals ready to stop undercharging and lead with authority. The book was profiled by Design News Now, and Johnathan presented it at High Point Market in October 2026.
